Bio

Adam Kotkin has been working at City Realty Group for just under 3 years and is the most experienced agent we have. He is a local broker born in Newton, Ma. He specializes in the sales of Condominiums & Multi-Family Homes in the Metro Boston area, representing both Sellers & Buyers. (Investor buyer agency is his specialty). In addition to sales, he headed City Realty's  leasing department as a co-manager of our two most successful offices. His focus continues to be providing a high level of service to his clients, regardless of the transaction.  Adam is the only person to call when you need an experienced agent to negotiate properly in what is always a delicate situation (purchasing or selling a property).

Adam attended the University of Colorado for four years receiving his BA. Real estate has been his only profession since 2001, when he started working his way through college 7 days a week during the summers.
