As an Administrative/Listing Assistant you will become part of the heart of City Realty Group. By keeping everything from mail to the listings database in order, you will be directly assisting in the smooth running of one of Boston’s fastest growing real estate companies. Not only will you have the opportunity to learn about organized office management, but you will also get the chance to learn about the bustling Boston real estate market!
Job Function ● Administrative/Listing Assistant
Job Status ● Part-time, 15 - 20 hours per week
Compensation ● Unpaid, for college credit
Responsibilities ● Providing daily support for agents regarding clients, listings, forms, and various other aspects of a real estate transaction ● Updating a database of rental/sales properties ● Cold-calling landlords in order to get new apartment listings ● Managing all incoming and outgoing mail ● Various other general office duties including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing and data entry
