Responsibilities
Providing daily support for agents regarding clients, listings, forms, and various other aspects of a real estate transaction
Heavy and consistent advertising/marketing of online ads for listings and other services
Developing, creating, and executing unique and innovative graphic design and advertisements
Planning advertising programs and making sales calls to prospective clients
Increasing the visibility and familiarity of the City Realty Group name and logo
Helping to manage City Realty Group’s relationship with property managers and owners

Enrollment in an accredited college or university
Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office
Articulate, highly motivated and organized
Good phone manner
Skilled and articulate in making sales presentations
Ability to follow instructions and interpret others' ideas
General knowledge of the local media market
