Compensation
We offer 50/50 commission splits to real estate agents. Other monetary incentives will be given. Opportunity to make between $30,000-$150,000+ per year. We even help our agents in buying their own place and becoming an investor.
Do you have what it takes to be part of our team??
Outgoing, money motivated individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment;
Sales experience is helpful, but not required;
Strong work ethic and good communication skills;
Must have a car cell phone; digital camera preferred;
You will need a Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons license. If you don't have the license, contact us and we will provide you with the guidance and information needed to enter the Boston Real Estate industry.
