MISSION
City Realty believes in being thoughtful partners in our community by preserving the strengths of a neighborhood while investing in its future. We focus our energies on creating value-add renovations and ground up developments that seamlessly blend into the fabric of the neighborhood.
We develop a wide range of asset classes, including apartments, condominiums, retail, commercial and R&D space. City Realty has expertise in site permitting, construction and property management. We take pride in running a diverse, community focused property management team, ensuring units are kept to the highest of standards and tenants are treated fairly.
