JOSH FETTERMAN

Josh has been working in the Real Estate industry for over 11 years with a concentration on development, zoning and community outreach. 

Broad real state background in brokerage and property management, as well as being a licensed builder, Josh brings a valuable skillset and knowledge base to the development team. 

Josh is a co-founder of Lead Safe Homes, LP which provides Abatement and Demolition services to residential and commercial clients in New England. Josh holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife & 3 daughters, surfing, and recently started coaching youth soccer.

REEMA SHRESTHA

Reema has been with City Realty Group since 2006 working in various positions to now Executive VP of Operations. She currently spearheads closings in acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing.

Born in Kathmandu, Nepal – Reema arrived in the U.S. during 2005 and was hired at CRG the following year. She simultaneously attended Northeastern University, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management.

​

City kids’ mission is close to her heart as she has witnessed the struggles of children in poverty while growing up in Nepal. She aims to assist as much as possible in the hopes of making a change in somebody’s life.

ALAN SHARAF

Alan B. Sharaf, Esq. is a leader in the Real Estate conveyancing community with a specialty in implementing logical solutions to complex title problems. He has a strong interest in the intricacies of Massachusetts Real Estate law and is active in trying to resolve the somewhat outdated legislation. 

Attorney Sharaf is a Trustee of Clark University and has been a leader in ESAC, a local agency specializing in foreclosure prevention, elderly housing issues and violence prevention for youth in the City of Boston.

NIK LIGRIS

Nik concentrates his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions. He takes special pride in helping people buy and sell homes, real estate investors make a living, and lenders of all sizes ensure their collateral is protected.

He has represented more than one hundred first-time homebuyers and he currently represents more than a dozen active real estate investors and developers on all of their transactional legal needs. Besides practicing law, Nik oversees business development for the firm; he helps all of the attorneys at Ligris grow and strengthen their business and professional networks. 

Nik loves spending time with his two sons, Stavros and Christos, and his wife, Georgia. You can catch him on the soccer field in the fall or spring, or at a basketball court in the winter with his kids or you can find him escaping to the Berkshires year-round with his family.

MARKESE DAISE

Markese Daise is a seasoned Boston Realtor professional specializing in top dollar multi-family investment sales, high volume leasing, realty asset management, & facilitating a plethora of various multifaceted real estate transactions in the Boston area.

 

Originally a Boston native, Markese studied accounting at the University of Massachusetts-Boston & shortly after went on to complete Suffolk University's Real Estate Urban Planning & Development program. Markese transitioned his skills from his robust corporate accounting background into a growing successful full service real estate operation, with a strong emphasis on relationships.  He is known throughout the real estate industry for his diligence, extreme innovative versatility, snazzy suits, & his advanced knowledge of the Boston real estate market.

 

As an emerging leader in the Boston real estate market, Markese takes pride in providing guidance & mentorship to young students that are interested in the real estate business.  When he is not chasing real estate deals; he can be found chasing around his toddler son (Lennox), on the golf course, or at a Celtics game. 

JEFF DRAGO

Jeffrey has gained extensive experience at both the municipal and state level of government, through a thirteen-year career-serving the administration of Mayor Thomas Menino. 

In representing the Mayor, He has built relationships at the state level, which include: Massport, the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, and MDC. Through his tenure at the City he has had the opportunity to work with members of the Legislature on formulating policies that affect the local Boston area.

His experience in working on waterfront development projects, having played an integral part in East Boston's Maverick Landing development and Hodge Boiler Works. In Jeffrey's capacity as Business Development Manager at Neighborhood Development he has assisted East Boston CDC, Neighborhood of Affordable Housing, and the Boston Housing Authority to develop affordable housing throughout the City of Boston.

JOHN C. NAVIEN

As a client-centric advisor, Navien strives to exceed client needs with exceptional focus, in-depth advice and a commitment to holistic solutions that give his clients and their families a lasting voice. John began his career with Wachovia Securities & The Destefano Group.

Established financial professional with more than 11 years of financial advisory experience. He has an unwavering commitment to his clients and to their sustainable success. At Navien Financial, John will continue to provide a full spectrum of financial advisory services, including retirement planning, estate conservation, protection planning, and business succession, to an established clientele of professionals, entrepreneurs and multi-generational families.

He holds the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Advisor in Senior Living, and a Chartered Life Underwriter.

ANDREW SIMPSON

Originally from St. Mary, Jamaica, Andrew immigrated to Boston MA in 1984 with his siblings.

Andrew has 18+ years' experience in construction, demolition, home remodeling, and lead abatement.

In 2012, Andrew partnered with Steve Whalen, Josh Fetterman, and Fred Starikov to start Lead Safe Homes, LP. The company specializes in asbestos abatement, demolition, duct cleaning and environmental removal. In his free-time, Andrew loves to spend time with his four children and two dogs. He enjoys occasional trips to Jamaica.
