CITYKIDS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

INSTRUCTIONS

Complete the following form -- If your application is considered, we will reach back out via email or phone with further instructions on the second portion of the grant process.

Carefully read and complete the application only if you meet all application requirements below.

REQUIREMENTS

1. The applicant must be enrolled at an accredited college or university in the Fall of 2024.


2. The award will be based on achievement in academic performance, and financial need.


3. The Scholarship check will be mailed directly to the College or University to be applied
to the individual’s Student Account.


4. Recipients will be expected to complete at least 1 semester of College and send copies of
1st semester grades to The City Kids Inc Scholarship Fund
