After signing a lease with us at City Realty Group, Venard used her talents to open a successful hairdressing salon in Jamaica Plain, MA.

Venard’s salon “Beauty by Venard”, was thriving up until the recent outbreak of COVID-19. Once her salon closed due to the pandemic, she lost her income, and was not sure if her business would be able to survive the crisis. This is why we have been actively working with Venard to make sure she can continue to follow her dreams. To help Venard, we agreed on a rent decrease, as well as purchasing multiple gift cards of her business to help financially.
Venard is a great example for determined and hard working people that come to America in search of a better future for them and their families. This is why we have made it a priority to work with small business tenants to make sure we all get through this public health crisis together.
