We also provide on the job training in the efficient usage of these technologies and more. We have created a mentorship program for staff who are new to the real estate field, pairing them with an experienced broker to assist in the learning process.


Our staff become experts in our areas of focus and in the current real estate market. We also offer training classes to all associates to strengthen our workforce. Agents with City Realty are provided with all the resources necessary to succeed, from basic office needs to signage and marketing materials. We leverage market relationships and a considerable marketing budget to promote rentals and sales, brand the company image, generate leads and retain clients. We offer generous commission splits to new agents, along with other monetary incentives. We also assist our agents in buying their own properties and becoming an investor. Strong candidates will be outgoing and motivated individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and possess a strong work ethic and strong communication skills.





City Realty Group now offers License and Continuing Education courses in our Brookline location. In two weeks you can be prepared to take the Massachusetts Real Estate Exam.

We offer the most flexible license school schedule in the Boston Metro area. Our courses are professionally produced videos of live courses, which are full-credit classes for the Massachusetts state exam.

Students must purchase and study the following 2 textbooks (not included with course fee):

  • Modern Real Estate Practiceby Galaty, Allaway & Kyle, the 17th or 18th Edition (ISBN#1419521985)

  • Massachusetts Real Estate: Practice & Lawby Anita Hill, the 7th or 8th edition (ISBN#1419596837)

Classes are held at our Brookline location (320 Washington St, Ste. 3FF) Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


  • The cost for the 40-hour broker course (20 two-hour classes) is $450. 

  • The cost for the 40-hour salesperson course (20 two-hour classes) is $199. 

  • The cost for the 12-hour continuing education program (6 two-hour classes) is $150.
